Since opening in 1990 Iver Environment Centre has been managed by Groundwork Thames Valley, a charity working to support the local community and improve access and understanding of the environment.
Set in 2.5 acres the site (site map) has five inspirational zones and habitats including:
• Rainforest and tepee
• Orchard and meadow
• Pond and wetland
• Woodland, and
• Allotment and pizza oven
IEC is staffed by a team of professional educators, rangers, and horticultural therapists, supported by a dedicated group of volunteers, all working hard to ensure our activities are innovative, safe and fun. Meet the team here
